3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes and estimates provided by EV Evans Fencing are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change based on material costs, site conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with work. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before project commencement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received as agreed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services.

5. Permits and Property Access

You are responsible for ensuring that we have legal access to your property and that all necessary permissions are obtained. We will assist with obtaining required building permits, but the customer is ultimately responsible for compliance with local regulations. Any delays caused by permit issues or lack of property access may result in project timeline changes.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. All installations come with a workmanship warranty as specified in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product. We will work with you to address any legitimate concerns about our workmanship. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by weather events, or damage from third parties is not covered under our warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

EV Evans Fencing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for underground utilities that are not properly marked or disclosed. We carry liability insurance and are licensed to operate in our service areas.

8. Cancellation and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered may be subject to a restocking fee. Changes to the project scope after work has begun may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. We will work with you to accommodate reasonable changes whenever possible.

9. Property Damage

We take great care to protect your property during our work. However, if any damage occurs as a result of our services, we will work to remedy the situation promptly. You must notify us of any damage within 48 hours of project completion. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage caused by conditions beyond our control.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the EV Evans Fencing website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of EV Evans Fencing or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission. Custom fence designs created for your project are for your personal use only.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Georgia. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

12. Changes to Terms
